Description
The Pentek BP-420-200 Water Filter Bag-20in 20-Pack replacement is constructed of a glazed polypropylene felt that resists corrosive fluids such as acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and microorganisms. The semi-rigid cylindrical design allows the filter to be crushed and incinerated for easier disposal. Created by needle-punching two layers of synthetic fibers together, the result is a higher solids loading capability when compared to similar mesh fabrics. Following this process the outermost surface fibers of this filter media are then glazed to forge a bond that reduces migration possibilities.
