The integral fan of the GeneralAire furnace humidifier pulls the heated air from your furnace and that air draws across a highly evaporative VaporPad where humidity is absorbed into your air and distributed into your home. Water is metered into a patented kinetic trough and dispersed uniformly across the humidifier pad. Unevaporated water drains from the bottom of the fan-powered humidifier to eliminate mineral build-up.
